Pineapple mousse

Someone opened a pineapple and left it  in the fridge … what to do?
A mousse !
I sailed a bit on the web and I found this recipe Clerici ,
Quick and easy implementation ,
I served in cup with cookie crumbs on the bottom of the cereal
and above a luscious chopped pine nuts , hazelnuts, almonds and chocolate chips … Greedy !

And now … LIGHT THE  FIRES !

INGREDIENTS:

- A pineapple

- 3 eggs

- 50g of flour

- 100g of sugar

- A handful pine nuts , hazelnuts, almonds

- Throw chocolate to taste

WEAR THE APRON , WASH YOUR HANDS, BEGIN !

- Cut the pineapple into cubes and shake it ,
in part , beat the egg yolks with the sugar until you have a froth
to which you will add the puree of pineapple,
put the mixture for a few minutes on the stove to make it thicken.
Let it cool completely and add the egg whites until stiff steadfast .

- At this point you put on the bottom of the cup crumbled cookies to cereals ,
and garnish with chopped pine nuts, almonds, hazelnuts and chocolate chips !
Let stand in refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
