- Balsamic vinegar to taste
- Half an onion

-2 Tablespoons of broth
WEAR THE APRON, WASH YOUR HANDS, BEGIN!
-Put in a pan with oil or butter and onion and cutit into thin slices or grated
I prefer the second option,
let it cook on low heat for about 10 minutes,
when it will become transparent, add the bacon, cook it slowly until it becomes crispy.
- Now add the chicory and cook for about 20 minutes,
making braise, adding one or two ladles of broth.
- Before serving, add one or two tablespoons of balsamic vinegar.
