Fennel and apple salad with yoghurt

In a newspape I found this recipe,
it seemed pretty good and especially dietary,
lunch I considered a single dish
and I must say that satiates and is very fresh.
Fennel is particularly suitable for those
following a diet low in calories,
in 100g there are only 31 calories,
is also particularly rich in phosphorus,
potassium, calcium and minerals.
Fennel also has a strong detoxifying power that
contributes to the improvement of hepatic functions.
The crunchiness of the apple, almonds and yogurt help
create a salad special and light.

Recommended wine:
Eastern Hills of Friuli Bianco Doc “Sacrisassi” 2011- The Two Lands,
a wine with nice texture tasty, soft and enveloping.

And now … LIGHT THE FIRES!

INGREDIENTS:

-400g Fennel

-2 Crisp apples

-150g Of fat yogurt

-50g Toasted almonds

-Barba Fennel taste

-Oil Evo qb

-salt And pepper

WEAR THE APRON, WASH YOUR HANDS, BEGIN!

Chopped almonds clean and rinse the fennel and place
in a basin of cold water, after slicing
subtly.
Rinse the apples, cored and  slice them thinly.
Flavored yogurt with a little olive oil, a pinch of salt and pepper.
In a bowl mix the apples, fennel, almonds and
beard chopped fennel.
Nappa with yogurt and serve.
