Today I would like to share with you my little personal success just because I’ve met since I started blogging , so many nice people I’m sure you’ll be happy for me! And all started to play, I started making cookies with the biscuit maker and then others with the traditional crust … I started to decorate them … I started to give themlike a present for Christmas .., friends, acquaintances , colleagues  have ordered them to make small thoughts … in a time of crisis , something that sweeten life sometimes it takes ! And so from a couple of weeks  my kitchen has become … a cookies factory , I have to thank Beatrice , my daughter, who gave me a hand for decoration … I am very pleased with the result !

And now … LIGHT THE FIRE FIRES !

INGREDIENTS:

- 300g of flour

- 150g of sugar

- 150g of butter

- 3 egg yolks

- A packet of vanillin

- A pinch of salt

- The grated rind of one lemon

WEAR APRON ,WASH YOUR HANDS… BEGIN !

- The pastry sometimes presents some difficulty, but if you follow step by step recipe will be a hit , pour the flour and knead with the cold butter into small pieces, add sugar, vanilla, pinch of salt, and 3 egg yolks knead quickly … the whole thing, you will see that knead until the dough has become smooth , form a ball that you put in the fridge for about 30 minutes … after which you  your imagination flies, it is a great exercise that does not cost anything .
