Today I went to the market. I wanted to cook fish for dinner and Luigi recommended me the mullet. It’s definitely a fish with a particular taste, strong and determined. Usually I prepare it in the oven, but today I felt creative and … I cooked it in the pan! I must say that the result was amazing!
And now … LIGHT THE FIRES!
INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PEOPLE
- Mullet preferably filleted
- A clove of garlic
- 6 or 7 cherry tomatoes
- Oil and salt
- Pepper
- Parsley
- A handful of breadcrumbs
WEAR THE APRON, WASH YOUR HANDS…LET’S GET STARTED!
- In a pan put oil and a clove of garlic. Once the garlig will become blonded take it out and put the chopped tomatoes.
-When the tomatoes begin to soften put the mullet fillets, salt and add aromatic herbs according to your taste (I put a pinch of thyme).
-While the fish will continue cooking, put the bread crumbs to toast in a nonstick frying pan.
- When the breadcumbs will reach a nice brown color, remove from heat and add chopped parsley to form a fragrant and fresh breadcrumbs that you are going to put on the fish fillets
- Cover with a lid and cook … the result will be…amazing!
