Shrimp crusted with pistachios and bagels on pepper sauce

A new panure tested at the cooking school “coquis” of Rome,
makes the fried shrimp so crunchy … then the pepper sauce completes the work!
Who does not love the fried… you  can alsocook the shrimps in the oven at 180 degrees for about 6 minutes.
Quick meal, which can also serve as finger food.
In fact, as you see in the picture i served them together others finger foods.

And now … LIGHT THE FIRES!

INGREDIENTS:

- 20 shrimp

-2 eggs

- 100g of chopped pistachios

- 50g of chopped bagels

- Oil peanut

-Salt and pepper to taste

For the pepper sauce:

A large red-peprone

-Oil and salt to taste

WEAR THE APRON,WASH YOUR HANDS  BEGIN!

Shell the shrimp, taking care to remove the intestines,
grated the bagels and mix with chopped pistachios.
Switch shrimp in lightly beaten eggs and then in the compound of bagels and pistachios.
Heat the oil and fry the shrimpS for a few minutes.
For the pepper sauce:
roasted peppers in the oven take away the skin and mix them with the blender with olive oil and salt.
serve the shrimps with the pepper sauce … success guaranteed!

Et voila … the world of finger food!

    ottima ricetta, da provare assolutamente! Tra l’altro sto partendo per la Calabria, dove gli ingredienti del piatto sono ottimi e freschi, quindi ci proverò! Grazie =)
