Mini savory strudel

Today I propose  the mini savory strudel with two different fillings,
one with roast ham and taleggio
the other with cherry tomatoes and mozzarella …
a whim greedy that could solve the arrival of guests   for an aperitif.

And now … LIGHT THE FIRES!

INGREDIENTS:

-A roll of puff pastry

- 100g of cooked ham roast

- A mozzarella

- 100g Taleggio

- Cherry tomatoes to taste

WEAR THE APRON, WASH YOUR HANDS, BEGIN!

Recipe fast: you split the dough into many small rectangles, put inside
the filling of ham and cheese and mozzarella and tomato,
rolled up, brush with butter and put in oven  at 180 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
