Hello everyone!
I decided to name this blog TIRAMI SU (in italian it litterally means “pick me up” or “lift me up” but also “cheer me up”) in the first place because it is my favorite dessert and, according to those who have tasted it, it’s SUPER GOOD … and then because … if you feel a little down:

I will tell you about my love for cooking through some personal recipes, through those pilfered here and there and then revised, and also through those that i learned from my grandmother, the one who passed down to me this passion.
