to be fresh,

I recommend to drink it frozen!

And now … LIGHT THE  FIRES!

INGREDIENTS:

-500g Anchovy

-25 Bagels

-Granella Pistachio taste

-1 Egg

-Oil Peanut

-salt

-Zeste Lemon to taste

WEAR THE APRON, WASH YOUR HANDS, BEGIN!

First chop the tarallucci in a cutter,
add the chopped pistachios.
After cleaning and barbed the anchovies put them in the egg
beaten and slightly salty,
then coat them in the mix of bagels and pistachios
and fry in oil at  170 °.
Sprinkle with a little lemon zest.
