Both hot and cold these baskets filled with meat,
peas , ham and omelette are a snazzy for the palate … a must try and eat!
And now …LIGHT THE FIRES !
INGREDIENTS:
- A roll of dough brisee ‘
- 200g of minced beef
An egg -
- A small pack of spring peas
- 70g of cooked ham , diced
- Half red onion
- A clove of garlic
- One tablespoon of tomato puree
- Extra virgin olive oil to taste
- 2 tablespoons of tomato puree
WEAR THE APRON , WASH YOUR HANDS , BEGIN !
- We prepare the peas ,
Put oil in a pan , grated onion , not just it bwill become golden ,
add the frozen peas and diced ham and cook .
- In another pan put oil , grated onion and a clove of garlic,
add the ground beef and two tablespoons of tomato sauce ,
prepared an omelette and cut into strips , now mix the meat with peas and cook .
Roll out the pastry crust – time ,
bake at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.
- Once the baskets are cooked, let cool and fill them with the mix of meat and peans.
Et voila … the baskets are ready!
