Bread no eggs

Some time ago I proposed a recipe,
briochine of ricotta without egg by the chef Luca Montersino
today I tried to make them savory and the result was excellent.

And now … LIGHT THE  FIRES!

INGREDIENTS:

-250 G ricotta

-120g of flour

- 40g of Parmesan cheese

-A generous handful of pitted black olives

-Salt to taste

- A teaspoon of yeast mastrofornaio

- Chopped pistachios to taste

 WEAR THE APRON, WASH YOUR HANDS BEGIN!

- In a bowl mix together the ricotta, flour, salt, baking powder, black olives, parmesan cheese,
now form sticks that are going to fold forming briochine.
brush them with egg yolk and sprinkle with chopped pistachios,
put in the owen for about 15 minutes at 180 °.
