Robiola cake

I tried to prepare this luscious cake of soft cheese ,  delight … replicate it !

And now … LIGHT THE FIRES !

INGREDIENTS:

- 180 g of dry biscuits

- 80g butter, melted

- 300g of soft cheese

- 200g of cream

- 150g of sugar

- 3 eggs

- A lemon

- 2 tablespoons flour

- A teaspoon of vanilla extract

WEAR THE APRON , WASH YOUR HANDS , BEGIN !

- Pass the biscuits to the mixer and add to melted butter ,
line a baking sheet with parchment paper and put in the mixture , pressing well,
leave the base in the fridge to harden .
Preheat oven to 180 degrees and in the meantime , mix the cream with the soft cheese ,
the egg yolks , sugar, flour, lemon zest .
Whip the egg whites and embed them ,
taking care to turn the mixture always from top to bottom , add the vanilla extract .
Pour the mixture into the mold , smoothed with a wet knife ,
cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
Remove the aluminum and bake for another 10 minutes , the recipe should be served at room temperature.
