Birthday cake without sugar

For a birthday that was celebrated within my family,
I wanted to experience this cake completely without sugar,
instead of which I used stevia.
It is a small shrub native to the area of the border between Paraguay and Brazil;

can easily exceed even 300 times the sweetness of sucrose.

Well in this cake everything in the ingredients that
is sugar has been replaced with stevia, also the cream
made with ricotta cheese.

INGREDIENTS:

For the sponge:

For the cream cheese:

- 600g ricotta

-125g Of stevia

-100g Cream

-70g Bitter chocolate into small pieces

WEAR THE APRON, WASH YOUR HANDS, BEGIN!

Prepare the sponge cake:
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler, add the melted butter,
whip the egg yolks with half of stevia, add the melted chocolate
