Revisited carrot cake

I was always curious aboutthe carrot cake, I saw a lot of recipes here and there, but in some of these there was  too much flour, almond flour in another all things that are not suited to my tastes very well and so I reduced the flour, eggs and nuts instead of almonds in quantity … !  The result:a delicious cake.

And now … SWTICH FIRES!

INGREDIENTS:

- 300g of flour

- 300g of grated carrots

- 100g of chopped hazelnuts

- 3 eggs

- 180g of sugar

- 90g of vegetable oil

-a packet of yeast perdolci.

- vanillin

WEAR THE APRON, wash your hands … BEGIN!

-The first thing to do is grated carrots, 300g refer to the grated carrots, mashed carrots with a strainer to make him lose the water.

Now mount the eggs with the sugar until frothy

Sift the flour with the baking powder, hazelnuts and vanilla and stir carrots, on top of this mixture, add the egg mixture and and oil

- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and bake at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes after which it will lower to 170 degrees, and cook for another 10 minutes
