Chocolate cake no milk, no butter

Here is a chocolate cake light and fluffy,
easy to prepare and above all completely devoid of milk and butter.
In addition you can put powdered sugar,
and you can add chopped nuts and chocolate chips …

And now … LIGHT THE FIRES!

INGREDIENTS:

- 140g of sugar

- 3 eggs

- 100ml of vegetable oil

- One sachet of baking powder

- A pinch of baking soda

250g of flour

- 100g of dark chocolate

-Powdered sugar

- Chopped hazelnuts

WEAR THE APRON,WASH YOUR HANDS, BEGIN!

Working the eggs with the sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy,
Combine the flour, baking soda and yeast.
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler and add it to the mixture.
Pour oil in the last thread.
Line a baking tin with baking paper and bake at 180 degrees for 35 minutes,
obviously, the oven must be preheated.
When the cake has cooled sprinkle with powdered sugar hazelnut and chocolate flakes.
