In Rome you will begin to find the artichokes and so ,
having seen them I thought that it was a long time since I was preparing these pies ,
This time I accompanied them with the Parmesan wafers with herbs , spicy
for those who love spicy , the combination is very nice …
And now … LIGHT THE FIRES !
INGREDIENTS FOR 6 pies :
-2 Artichokes
-2 eggs
- 5 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese
- Bechamel Sauce ( 75ml.latte , 10g butter , 10g flour )
- All the herbs you prefer, I used parsley and rosemary
oil and salt to taste
- Pepper
WEAR THE APRON , WASH YOUR HANDS , BEGIN !
- After taking the artichokes in water, and lemon for at least twenty minutes,
slice them and put them to cook in a pan with oil ,
a clove of garlic and occasionally add a little drop of water.
- Once cooked , puree the artichokes , add the white sauce , and the two eggs ( parmesan to taste)
- Put the mixture in pirottine
lined with baking paper and place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes
- While the pies are cooking,
prepared waffles , calculated a tablespoon of Parmesan cheese septum ;
Mix the Parmesan cheese with herbs and chilli and on a sheet of baking paper ,
with spoon formed circles , put in the oven , are cooked in minutes!
Et voila .. a spicy and delicious dish !
