Winter roses

A pleasant snack, but also a starter when you have guests … so these salted roses  are not only  delicious but they’re are also very scenic.

And now … LIGHT THE FIRES!

INGREDIENTS FOR ABOUT 18 – 20 ROSES:

- 500g of bread dough (I do it with 500g manitoba flour, salt, a packet of yeast dough salt, 3 tablespoons oil, 3 tablespoons milk, knead and let rise until doubled)

- A yolk

- 150g of cooked ham

- 2  soft scamorzine (typical italian cheese)

WEAR THE APRON, WASH YOUR HANDS … BEGIN!

- After preparing the dough, just get a small piece and roll it out with a rolling pin to form a circle about 10 cm in diameter

- Take time with a washer cutter, four small cuts, without arriving at the center, at this point you put a piece of ham and another of scamorzina

Let’s go now to form the rose petals ,  take the two opposite ends and add them
