Cantonese rice

Dish of Chinese cuisine,
for its ingredients it is  near to European tastes.
As usual, I put my taste,
I do not love the ham with peas and
so instead of baked
I put the bacon cut into cubes,
result fiction!

Recommended wine:
Charming Rosé 2013 Firriato
sparkling wine, delicate, fragrant,
Sicilian wine tasting lively.

And now … LIGHT THE FIRES!

INGREDIENTS:

300g basmati rice

-250g Of spring peas

-2 eggs

-100g Sweet bacon

-salt to taste

-Half onion

-Oil Evo qb

WEAR THE APRON, WASH YOUR HANDS, BEGIN!

In a pan, place the oil and onion
grated (who follows me knows that I prefer
use creamy because more digestible),
add bacon and peas, salted just a little.
A part in a nonstick frying pan prepared the pancakes
cut into thin strips and mix them with peas and bacon.
Boil the rice in a little water,
pour it into the pan and let it season with the dressing.
