Kamut pizzas with sea flavors

Here’s an easy solution to serve instead of the usual bruschetta,
easy preparation of these pizzas that are made with kamut flour,
cooked in the oven or in a frying pan ,
mussels, clams seasoned with squids, shrimps and prawns,
cooked in a spicy sauce … try it with a glass of Greek di Tufo, full-bodied and structured wine
that goes well with the spicy of these pizzas.

And now …LIGHT THE FIRES!

INGREDIENTS:

For pizzatte:

-150g of flour Kamut

- 75g of water

-1 Teaspoon of honey

-6g of yeast

-1 Teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil

-2g of salt

For the sauce:

- 4-5 squids

-2 prawns

-300g of mussels

-300g of clams

- Oil qs

- Ground Hot Chili Peppers

- 1 clove of garlic

-Very little tomato paste

- 4 tablespoons of tomato puree

WEAR THE APRON, WASH YOUR HANDS … BEGIN!

Prepare the dough for the pizza
and put it to rise covered with a cloth for about 30 minutes.
Prepare the sauce, after you drain the clams in salted water for about 1 hour,
put them in a pan and let them open in another frying pan put mussels to open after they have been well brushed and after removing
the filament coming out black.
At this point, put in a pan a little olive oil
a clove of garlic,
After a few minutes add tomato and a little tomato paste,
a tablespoon of pepper and salt to taste,
After a few minutes add the prawns and squids ,
just before the end of cooking, add the mussels and clams in shell.
Roll out the dough into small thin circles,
the baking tray lined with baking paper and bake the pizzas for about 10-15 minutes at 200 degrees.
