This is a recipe for a fast principal dish
but really tasty.
I particularly love the pasta with spelled, I thought I’d serve it with a
arugula pesto, crispy bacon and parmesan cheese.
The result was a really tasty dish but especially fast.
Recommended wine:
Pecorino Falerio Gale,
wine fresh, fragrant with fruity aftertaste.
And now … LIGHT THE FIRES!
INGREDIENTS:
-320g Pasta spelled short
-1 Bunch of rocket
- 30g of pine nuts
-1 Tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
-Oil Evo qb
-4 Bacon slices of Parma DOP
-60g Of cheese
WEAR THE APRON, WASH YOUR HANDS, BEGIN!
Prepare the pesto by putting in
mortar rocket, pine nuts, olive oil and Parmesan,
until you get a creamy pesto.
In a hot frying pan put the bacon
and let it crisp.
Drain the pasta
toss with the pesto,
add the bacon crispy,
grate the cheese and …
your dough fast it is ready to be enjoyed!
