Unexpected guests , or sweet tooth ?
That’s it just a custard, a ripe mango , and a sheet … that’s it !
And now … LIGHT THE FIRES !
INGREDIENTS:
- A roll of puff pastry
- A ripe mango
- Vanilla sugar
- Chopped hazelnuts
- For the custard :
-3 Egg yolks
- 250ml milk
- 25 g of flour
- 75g of sugar
- Grated rind of lemon
WEAR THE APRON , WASH YOUR HANDS , BEGIN !
- Cut the dough into squares , brush them on the perimeter with egg yolk and bake at 180 degrees until golden brown
- Prepare the custard by mounting the sugar with the eggs,
add the flour and as soon as the milk will boil add it to the mixture,
Put it back on low heat and cook , stirring constantly for at least 10/15 minutes.
At this point pureed mango pulp and add it to cream as soon as it has cooled
- Take out the dough and put the cream ,
cover with another sheet and other cream ,
put the last sheet , brush the four sides with a little ‘cream
and add the chopped hazelnuts and stick it to the edges of the mini puff pastry .
Et voila … the mini puff pastry !
