The green donut

oday, we care a little more  light, so we choose  the vegetables, and more precisely  the Sicilian broccoli ,I was tired of eating them passed back into the pan, or boiled with oil and lemon today I wanted to try to cook them in the form of pie … I do not believe it has come a delicate dish , I put in the pictures directly the slice, but if uou give it the shape of a donut , the center you can put what you prefer according to your taste , for example, I put the light cheese and some tomatoes to color … Enjoy!

And now … LIGHT THE FIRES !

INGREDIENTS:

- A Sicilian broccoli ( 500g)

-  Bechamel

- 3 eggs

- Parmesan to taste

- salt

WEAR THE APRON , WASH YOUR HANDS… BEGIN !

- First boil the broccoli , shake it until it becomes a cream and add , incorporating gently , the white sauce and parmesan , season with salt

- Stir in it one egg at a time

-  Butter a mold and sprinkle with bread crumbs and pour the mixture

- Bake at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes
