Today I wrote to my friends on Facebook to make a kind of online inauguration of my new blog. You were all extremely nice, I received so many compliments and because to me cooking is mixture between  passion, love and fantasyI promise you great recipes that surely will delight to suit all palates.. Do not expect chef’s dishes cause basically i love the simplicity.’

A special thank for technical advice to my daughter Beatrice who gave me invaluable advice, without her help, the blog would not exist.
