INGREDIENTS:
- 600g of flour 0
- 350g of water
- 12g of yeast
- 10g of salt
- 20g of extra virgin olive oil
- Chocolate Easter egg cut into chunks
- Hazelnuts , coarsely chopped
WEAR THE APRON , WASH YOUR HANDS, BEGIN !
- Mafe a fountain with the flavour in the middle of the flour and pour the yeast dissolved in water.
Knead the mixture ,
put salt and oil and continue to knead until the mixture is smooth and homogeneous .
Let the dough in a bowl greased with oil and cover with a damp cloth
until it has doubled .
At this point, chopped hazelnuts with chocolate and roll into balls ,
open them with his hands fill with the mixture ,
Close the dough and place it with the closure downwards.
Arrange in order to get the shape of the cluster .
Bake for 30-35 minutes at 180 degrees .
