Time for pumpkin pancakes … these are
a wonderful mix of crunchy and soft,
bacon and pumpkin fantastic union.
Great snack, finger food, why not?

And now …LIGHT THE FIRES!
INGREDIENTS:
-200 G of grated pumpkin
-5 Slices of toasted bacon
-A Generous handful of breadcrumbs
-Meeting A pinch
-1 Tablespoon of mayonnaise
-Oil Peanut taste
WEAR THE GEREMBIULE, WASH YOUR HANDS, BEGIN!
In a frying pan toast the bacon and scatter,
grated pumpkin, add to the bacon, add the breadcrumbs and a pinch of salt.
Tie it all with a tablespoon of mayonnaise.
Made some pancakes at least high 1 cm. and allow to cool in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
Fry in peanut oil, garnished with bits of lemon zest.
Et voilà … pumpkin time!
