But no it’s not an omelet fried , it’s baked
Oil-free and always topped with roasted peppers in the oven
and in non-stick pan without oil flavored with cherry tomatoes …
the eye and the mind and the palate will be satisfied as well,
served with a salad .
And now … LIGHT THE FIRES !
INGREDIENTS:
Get an egg – head
- 1 pepper
- A generous handful of cherry tomatoes
- Salt to taste
- Red onion , grated
WEAR THE APRON , WASH YOUR HANDS, BEGIN !
- Lined with parchment paper plate , beat the eggs ,
add a pinch of salt, pour the mixture and bake until the omelet will be cooked,
cut into strips.
- After you roast the red pepper in the oven,
cut into small pieces, in a frying pan put grated onion
and put it to cook with a little drop of water,
when it becomes transparent , add the tomatoes and the pepper , salt .
Assemble the dish as they fettuccine with tomato sauce.
