Sweet hugs

Let’s talk about cookies well known in Italy, those of the happy family, where all come down to breakfast cute, lovely, where the super mom is wearing makeup and heels 22, the beautiful children are smiling, polite, kind … the father … you know…a Vogue’s model  … and then the mood, the mood of all to the stars, ready to tackle a hard day of work and study … just as it happens in most homes!

However, I found the recipe and I have to say I’ve prepared more tasty than the ones packed, the only thing is that maybe a pinch of sugar more would not be bad.

And now … LIGHT THE FIRES!

INGREDIENTS:

- 200g of butter

- 50g potato starch

- 6 tablespoons heavy cream

-150g of caster sugar

- 1 packet of yeast

- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa

- 1 egg

- A teaspoon of vanilla extract

- 500g of flour

WEAR THE APRON, WASH YOUR HANDS…LET’S GET STARTED!

- Mix the softened butter immediately with caster sugar, then add the egg flour, baking powder, vanillin, starch, salt, 5 tablespoons of cream and mix everything until you will have reached the right consistency.

-Divide the dough into two parts, to one of the two add cocoa and  spoonful of cream and knead again.

- Wrap the two balls in plastic wrap and let rest in refrigerator for 30 minutes.

- Now form the hugs! Our goal is to form a circle half white and half black.

- Bake at 180 degrees for about 10-15 minutes in the oven already hot.

Et voila ‘… biscuits for breakfast for a” normal” Italian family!
