INGREDIENTS:

Approximately 400g of condensed milk

- 200g of flour

- A teaspoon of vanilla extract

- A large pinch of baking powder

- The grated rind of one lemon

- 2 egg yolks

- One tablespoon of melted butter

- Powdered sugar to taste

- Curls of chocolate to taste

WEAR THE APRON , WASH YOUR HANDS … BEGIN !

- Mix the condensed milk with the flour

- Add the two egg yolks , the grated lemon rind , vanilla , baking powder and a tablespoon of melted butter

- Bathe your hands and form small balls rather small, because when you place on baking paper will tend to widen

- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 10-12 minutes …
sprinkle with powdered sugar and chocolate swirl
