Crumbly biscuits

These biscuits are the symbol of lightness,
of friability,
I gave this form using the pastry bag,
but with the star nozzle may be given other forms,

These are classic cookies
for tea, coffee, cappuccino,
hot chocolate  … with whipped cream, wow!

And now …LIGHT THE FIRE!

INGREDIENTS:

-4 egg yolks

-500g Flour

-30g Starch

-320g Butter

-180g Icing sugar

WEAR THE APRON, WASH YOUR HANDS, BEGIN!

Soften the butter … is an essential step!
Work with whips and or with the global sugar with the softened butter into small pieces,
then add the egg yolks and finally the sifted flour and starch.
Pour the mixture into a pastry bag or biscuit maker and
having well-aligned donuts on a sheet of baking paper,
place them in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 12 minutes.
As soon as they are golden, place them on the wire rack to let them cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar …
Ready for a sweet break!
