- Extra virgin olive oil to taste
-Mustard to taste
- Lemon juice
Two boiled potatoes
- Cherry tomatoes to taste
- Basil
- Parsley
WEAR THE APRON, WASH YOUR HANDS, BEGIN!
Put in a pot of water, carrot, celery, onion, stalks of parsley, pepper berries and making the lobster bake for12 minutes.
In a bowl with ice water put the onion cut into slices
prepared an emulsion based on olive oil, mustard and lemon and proceed to prepare the dish:
