I had a sudden desire to meat with tomato sauce that took me back in time …
My grandmother often prepared it !
I prepared it today after a long time
and how Proust taught us
the scent came me back in time,
a spring of almost fifty years ago
and my grandmother, who welcomed me after school , with his infectious joy and with her fantastic dishes !
And now … LIGHT THE FIRES !
INGREDIENTS:
- 4 slices of veal
- A bunch of parsley
- A generous handful of cherry tomatoes dop
- Oregano to taste
- Garlic clove
- Virgin olive oil to taste
- Salt to taste
WEAR THE APRON , WASH YOUR HANDS, BEGIN !
- In a pan put the chopped garlic and oil,
as soon as I will be slightly browned , put the chopped tomatoes ,
you go so long as you should have a sauce.
- Add the veal slices , salted
and cooked ( do not cook them much otherwise the meat will be hard)
put the scratched and chopped parsley .
Et voila … a second dish to be savored !
