reading here and there on the web as you see it there are many different versions,
After several experiments, I propose my better version .
And now …LIGHT THE FIRE FIRES!
INGREDIENTS:
-Passata Of cherry tomatoes
-Two Buffalo mozzarella
-A Package of cream
- A bunch of basil
- Extra virgin olive oil to taste
-One clove of garlic
- Crostini integral Buitost
WEAR THE APRON, WASH YOUR HANDS, BEGIN!
First of all prepare a tomato sauce with a little olive oil
a clove of garlic and tomatoes, let it cook a few minutes.
Mash the buffalo mozzarella with a fork, add the cream and shake it with the blender.
Always with the blender chop the basil with olive oil and a few pine nuts.
You have ready the three elements to be assembled:
in a bowl, pour the tomato sauce let it rest in the fridge for about half an hour,
add helping with the pastry bag cream buffalo milk,
and garnish with a tablespoon of basil cream.
Let stand in refrigerator, served with toasted grains.
Et voila … a caprese different from the usual!
