Sea bass baked, boiled potatoes and light mayonnaise

Do you love sea bass?
Here’s a quick and easy recipe,
I have tasted accompanied by boiled potatoes
with a light and fast to prepare maionese!

And now … LIGHT THE  FIRES!

INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PEOPLE:

-4 Bass 300g each

- Stalks of parsley

- Lemon peel

- Pepper

- Extra virgin olive oil

- 500g of potatoes

For the mayonnaise:

-50 Ml of soy milk

- 150 ml of peanut oil

WEAR THE APRON, WASH YOUR HANDS, BEGIN!

 For the mayonnaise:
put in the glass of the blender a part of soy milk (50 ml) and three parts of peanut oil (150ml.)
blend with the blender and you’ll have a very light mayonnaise..
do not forget to add salt and a pinch of white pepper.

For the potatoes:
cut into cubes and boil in salted water,
drain and let cool on a baking sheet covered,
just before serving topped with mayonnaise and parsley.

For the sea bass:
Rinse the fish well already gutted and scaled,
dry thoroughly and season with pepper inside,
stalks of parsley and lemon peel.
Lightly oil the skin,
close bags of fish in parchment paper and bake at 190 degrees for 12/14 minutes.

Open the foil and portioning on the plate.
