When you’re craving for something sweet, these cookies are very easy to make , but above all they are without eggs and butter but… so delicious , the recipe is by chef Luca Montersino .
And now … LIGHT THE FIRES !
INGREDIENTS:
- 200g ricotta
- 130g of flour
- 130 sugar
- 4g baking powder
- A pinch of salt
- The grated rind of one lemon
- Milk to taste
- Castor sugar to taste
WEAR THE APRON , WASH YOUR HANDS … BEGIN !
- Put all the ingredients in a bowl and knead to make a smooth dough
-Formed dough sticks then you are going to turn forming a sort of braids , or give the shape you prefer
- Brush them with a little milk and sprinkle with sugar, bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10-12 minutes
Et voila … easy cookies but also great for breakfast!
