DOC 2012,
precious wine, elegant,
bright ruby red color,  excellent with
Nutella.

And now … LIGHT THE FIRES!

INGREDIENTS:

-325 G flour 00

-125ml. warm milk

-60g Of butter

-12g Of yeast

-50g Sugar

-1 egg

-Nutella taste

-Sugar Cane sugar to taste

-A yolk

-Sugar Icing

WEAR THE APRON, WASH YOUR HANDS, BEGIN!

Dissolve yeast in warm milk, add the melted butter,
sugar, egg and flour.
Knead for 10 minutes,
forming a loaf, let it rise for about 1 hour, covered with plastic wrap.
After this time, roll out the dough on a sheet of paper
oven, giving it a rectangular shape;
with a cake mold upside down,
trace the perimeter of a rectangle,
with a toothed wheel do the strips in the two outer,

On the inner rectangle, roll out, using a spatula,
Nutella.
Close by twisting the side flaps, brush with egg yolk
and brown sugar;
bake at 180 ° for about 30 minutes.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
