Here’s an idea for the holidays coming up,

a delicious appetizer that
gratifies both the eye and the palate,
meatballs with potatoes and lentils can be stuffed according Vs. taste,
I put in some of  brie cheese,
other a cube of pork sausage … all served
on slices of polenta …
to you and to the Vs fantasy choice!

Recommended wine:
Kamptal Riesling 2012 – Weingut Fred Loimer
an Austrian wine from the final harmonic,
medium-bodied and well-balanced,
great for appetizers

And now … LIGHT THE FIRE!

INGREDIENTS:

- 250g of lentils

-400g Potato

-500g Of polenta

-7 Tablespoons rice flour

-Mandorle Or sesame taste

300g of sausage

-200g Of brie cheese

-Oil qb

-salt to taste

WEAR THE APRON, WASH YOUR HANDS, BEGIN!

After boiled lentils and potatoes,
salt them and put them in the blender,
add the rice flour, prepared meatballs inside which
or you can put a cube of pork sausage
or brie.
Switch the meatballs in sesame or almond according Vs preference.
After preparing the polenta and season with butter
let cool,
with the aid of a mold formed many stars
on each of which will put a popettina, stops with a toothpick …
