Hollyfood … at table with cinema… Facing window

Our review suggests  tonight
a great film of 2003 directed by Ferzan Ozpetek, including interpreters Giovanna Mezzogiorno, Raoul Bova,
Massimo Girotti,
disappeared shortly after he finished shooting the film, he is dedicated.

It a film about feelings,
as often happens in the stories told by this director;
is rich in emotions
often lead the viewer to the commotion.
Two love stories intertwine
between Simon and David who can not live in the sunlight their
homosexual history and  between Giovanna and Lorenzo
extramarital love born from the desire to escape.
An old man who has lost his memory,
is hosted by a young couple,
Giovanna and Filippo.
She, unsatisfied wife, along with Lorenzo able to reconstruct
the identity and the sad past of Simon.
Simone is actually David Veroli,
homosexual and jew escaped the  nazism raid of 1943
when he had to choose whether to warn as many people or the beloved (the real Simone):
chose to warn the people (and the woman who takes care of him now was a child then saved),
Simone is not saved, so David has spent his entire life in regret.
Giovanna, the path dedicated to the reconstruction of the man,
will realize he has lost the memory of her own feelings.
will find that his passions were canceled and replaced by surrogates.
At the end of the film Giovanna realize his dream and will be taken as an apprentice in a bakery,
will make an interesting reflection on how the memory
which is our true identity,
helps us understand not only who we are, but also who we are,
just because our experienced flu

RECIPE IN RELATED MOVIES:

CAKE WITH CITRUS FRUITS

INGREDIENTS:

-1 Pansispagna cocoa

-1 Glass of orange liqueur

-300ml Cream

-75g Cocoa sweet

-1 Jar of marmalade oranges

-scorze candied citrus

-Riccioli And chocolate chips

For the frosting:

-135ml Cream

-145 Ml of water

-60g Unsweetened cocoa

-120g Sugar

- 5 sheets of gelatine

Cut the sponge cake into 3 parts, wet the first disc

Add the ganache over the citrus peel and chocolate curls,
then cover with another disc of sponge cake and proceed until you ran out.
Pour over the last disc orange marmalade put it in the refrigerator for at least half the day.

pour over the cake icing that putting prepare the gelatin in cold water by boiling cream
with the water, sugar and cocoa, and then
Dissolve the gelatin well well.
Allow to cool a little and pour on the cake, decorate with curls and chocolate chips.
