Raw zucchini salad

This summer is really hot,
we’ve great desire of cool things,
tasty salad,
salmon and avocado perfect combination,
the courgettes are the fresh note,
lime accentuates the panache salad,
chopped walnuts the quid of crispness in a dish that should never miss.

Recommended wine:
Quarz Sauvignon Blanc Reserve 2013 DOC,
a wine that will send you into ecstasy,
structured and harmonious in the mouth,
bodied and very persisitente.

And now …LIGHT THE FIRES!

INGREDIENTS:

-2 Slices of smoked salmon

-3 Roman courgettes small

-half Files

-2 Plum tomatoes

-Oil Ages qb

-half Avocado

-Some Walnuts

-salt To taste

-Pepe Pink beans

-poppy Seeds

PUT ON THE APRON, WASH YOUR HANDS, BEGIN!

In a salad bowl,
cut the zucchini into thin strips as if they were
noodles,
Add the salmon, cut into strips,
avocado cubes,
some walnuts,
tomatoes cut into small pieces and, if you want, add the poppy seeds.
Separately, prepare an emulsion with olive oil, lime juice,
salt and freshly ground red pepper,  now you can
season  the salad.
