TAGLIATA DI MANZO CON FUNGHI TRIFOLATI

IO LA PREPARO ALLA PIASTRA, VERSIONE CASALINGA, VOI SE AVETE LA GRIGLIA O IL BARBECUE, VERRA’ SICURAMENTE PIU’ BUONA.

tagliata di manzo con funghi trifolati

INGREDIENTI PER LA TAGLIATA DI MANZO CON FUNGHI TRIFOLATI:

. 500 g di filetto di manzo ( 2 pezzi)

. 500 g di funghi champions

. prezzemolo tritato q.b.

. olio q.b.

. 2 spicchio di aglio

. 1 limone succo

. pepe macinato q.b.

. sale q.b.

PROCEDIMENTO PER LA TAGLIATA DI MANZO CON FUNGHI TRIFOLATI:

Iniziamo la ricetta per la tagliata di manzo con funghi trifolati.

Tagliamo i gambi dei funghi e li laviamo sotto l’acqua per eliminare eventuale terra.

Li tagliamo tutti in quattro. In una padella, aggiungiamo l’olio e uno spicchio di aglio, lo facciamo rosolare e di seguito versiamo tutti i funghi tagliati.

Li lasciamo insaporire e copriamo con un coperchio per circa 15/20 minuti. Non serve aggiungere acqua, parchè rilasceranno già da soli l’acqua di vegetazione.

A 5 minuti da fine cottura, saliamo e aggiungiamo prezzemolo tritato.

Ora prepariamo, sul fuoco vivace, una piastra, aggiungiamo un po’ di sale per insaporire la carne e non farla attaccare.

Stendiamo i due filetti e li lasciamo cuocere circa 3 minuti per lato.

Mettetela, su di un tagliere e tagliatela a fettine trasversali, trasferitele su di un piatto da portata e conditele con l’unguento lasciato ad insaporirsi.

Aggiungete di lato o sopra la carne, i funghi trifolati.

Il taglio della carne, deve essere veloce, altrimenti rischiate che si raffreddi.

Volendo potete già fare i tagli, ma senza andare fino in fondo, rimane una specie di fisarmonica che procedette a cuocere.

Però attenzione perché cuocerla più velocemente.
