primo passaggio lessate il <strong>riso basmati<\/strong> in una pentola con dell&#8217;abbondante acqua salata seguendo i tempi indicati sulla confezione. Scolatelo e passatelo velocemente sotto l&#8217;acqua fredda per fermare la cottura, poi lasciatelo raffreddare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-altervista-paragraph\">Nel frattempo lavate il <strong>peperone<\/strong>, eliminate semi e filamenti interni e tagliatelo a piccoli cubetti. Se preferite un sapore pi\u00f9 delicato, potete grigliarlo o cuocerlo per qualche minuto in friggitrice ad aria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-altervista-paragraph\">Fate rassodare in un pentolino le <strong>uova<\/strong> per circa 9-10 minuti, sgusciatele e tagliatele a spicchi o a pezzetti. Tagliate l&#8217;<strong>avocado<\/strong> a cubetti e irroratelo con il succo di limone per evitare che annerisca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-altervista-paragraph\">In una ciotola capiente unite il riso freddo, il <strong>tonno sgocciolato<\/strong>, il peperone, l&#8217;avocado e le foglie di <strong>menta fresca<\/strong> spezzettate con le mani. Condite con l&#8217;olio extravergine d&#8217;oliva, un pizzico di sale e pepe e mescolate delicatamente. Aggiungete infine le uova sode e servite.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-altervista-paragraphs av-after-steps after\"><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-altervista-notes\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Consigli:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Per un&#8217;insalata di riso ancora pi\u00f9 gustosa, cuocete il riso basmati al dente e lasciatelo raffreddare completamente prima di condirlo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Per mantenere l&#8217;avocado bello verde, aggiungetelo all&#8217;ultimo momento e irroratelo con qualche goccia di succo di limone. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se utilizzate i peperoni crudi, tagliateli a cubetti molto piccoli; in alternativa potete grigliarli per renderli pi\u00f9 digeribili e saporiti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lasciate riposare l&#8217;insalata di riso in frigorifero per circa 20 minuti prima di portarla in tavola: sar\u00e0 ancora pi\u00f9 fresca e saporita!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Varianti:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Potete personalizzare questa insalata aggiungendo pomodorini, cetrioli, olive nere o mais per renderla ancora pi\u00f9 ricca e colorata. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Al posto del tonno potete utilizzare salmone affumicato, gamberetti o cubetti di pollo grigliato.
