in una terrina l\u2019uovo a temperatura ambiente con lo zucchero aiutandovi con le fruste elettriche fino a renderlo spumoso, aggiungete pian piano la farina setacciata alternandola con l\u2019olio (se preferite potete usare 80 g. di burro) e il latte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-altervista-paragraph\">Ora unite anche lo yogurt, la vanillina, la scorza del limone e il lievito, il composto deve risultare bello denso e cremoso. Imburrate e infarinate uno stampo per torta del diametro di 20 cm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-altervista-paragraph\">Versate dentro lo stampo il composto aiutandovi con un cucchiaio, livellate bene la superficie, lavate, asciugate e tagliate a fettine le albicocche e disponetele a raggiera sulla superficie della torta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-altervista-paragraph\">Infornate la torta a 180\u00b0 per 30-35 minuti circa mettendo la ciambella al centro del forno, fate la prova stecchino per verificare la cottura del dolce, una volta cotta fatela raffreddare bene sopra una gratella.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-altervista-paragraph\">Appena fredda sformatela, giratela su un piatto  un vassoio e se vi va spolveratela con dello zucchero a velo e la vostra ciambella \u00e8 pronta da servire e buon appetito.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-altervista-paragraphs av-after-steps after\"><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-altervista-notes\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Consigli:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Per ottenere una torta ancora pi\u00f9 soffice, utilizzate ingredienti a temperatura ambiente e non lavorate troppo l&#8217;impasto dopo aver aggiunto la farina. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Scegliete albicocche mature ma sode, cos\u00ec manterranno la loro forma durante la cottura senza rilasciare troppa acqua.
