Coppa mascarpone e amaretti
Ingredienti
250 gr di mascarpone
1 confezione di savoiardi
200/250 ml di panna fresca o a lunga conservazione
variante con il cioccolato o latte condensato
100 gr di cioccolato bianco facoltativo oppure 100 gr di latte condensato facoltativo
Procedimento
Montate la panna,lavorate un po’ in una ciotola il mascarpone ,uniteli e iniziate a comporre le vostre coppe,se aggiungete il cioccolato ,scioglietelo a bagno maria e poi lo aggiungete alla panna e al mascarpone ,lo stesso per il latte condensato ,non serve scioglierlo lo aggiungete a filo mentre unite i 2 composti
Sotto la coppa sbriciolate 1 amaretto ,dalla sach a poch lasciate cadere la crema per coprire il biscotto ,ancora biscotti sbriciolati e ancora crema .Terminate con un amaretto e ponete le vostre coppe in frigo fino a raffreddamento ,ottime se fatte la sera prima per il pranzo ,acquistano piu’ sapore
