salata) per 5 minuti, poi scolarli per bene. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-altervista-step media-position-bottom\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-altervista-paragraphs\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-altervista-paragraph\">Tenere da parte un paio di asparagi per guarnire il piatto alla fine. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-altervista-step media-position-bottom\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-altervista-paragraphs\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-altervista-paragraph\">I restanti asparagi devono essere soffritti con la cipolla tritata finemente e un class=\"wp-block-altervista-paragraph\">Prendete il frullatore ad immersione e il bicchiere ed inserite al suo interno: 1 pizzico di sale e pepe, gli asparagi lessati, grana padano grattugiato, 2 cucchiai di olio extravergine d&#8217;oliva e frullare il tutto sino ad ottenere una crema densa. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-altervista-step media-position-bottom\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-altervista-paragraphs\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-altervista-paragraph\">Cuocere le tagliatelle in abbondante acqua con due prese di sale (se avete le mani grandi utilizzate due cucchiai).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-altervista-step media-position-bottom\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-altervista-paragraphs\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-altervista-paragraph\">Mentre la pasta cuoce prendete un tegame antiaderente e fate rosolare il guanciale tagliato a listarelle molto sottili sino a renderlo croccante e poi mettetelo da parte in un piatto. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-altervista-step media-position-bottom\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-altervista-paragraphs\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-altervista-paragraph\">Scolate la pasta appena \u00e8 pronta, saltatela in padella con la crema di asparagi, 1 mestolino di acqua della cottura della pasta.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-altervista-step media-position-bottom\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-altervista-paragraphs\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-altervista-paragraph\">Impiattate e guarnite con gli asparagi che avevamo messo da parte e il guanciale croccante con una spolverata di grana padano grattugiato se volete.
