I miei tramezzini in carrozza sono una rivisitazione della famosissima mozzarella in carrozza, con aggiunta di speck bio dell’alto Adige e della farina di riso risoinfiore che li ha resi dorati e super golosi.
Ingredienti

confezioni pane per tramezzini 2

etti di speck biologico 2
-
Mozzarella 150 g
-
semola rimacinata 100 g
-
Uova 3
Preparazione
-
tagliare in tre parti il pane per tramezzini(quello morbido senza la crosta) e poi dividerli in triangoli.

Aggiungere delle fettine fini di mozzarella e lo speck e chiudere il tramezzino.

Bagnare il tramezzino nell’uovo e poi passarlo sul mix di semola rimacinata e farina di riso risoinfiore .
-
Friggere in olio bollente almeno 3-4 minuti, deve diventare dorato con una bella crosticina.

Potete sbizzarrirvi e mettere salumi diversi in modo che i vostri commensali abbiano la sorpresa di un tramezzino in carrozza sempre diverso, vedrete come filano quando li aprirete 🙂

Yes, you’re right about adding more images and videos (the title is SEO optimized so that’s fine). But even though I try I don’t have much time available, especially when it comes to videos, I work 8 hours a day on the computer, I have my own SEO company and it’s really difficult to find extra time, my goal here is to make the recipes known traditional of my beloved land, Sardinia, and of my grandparents who are no longer here. I used a seamless theme from Altervista for the base then I modified the colors and created the various images and the logo on my own with Canva 🙂

Hi, yes, I also receive a lot of them and every day I have to manually screen the messages (I trash the spam messages one by one and then delete them permanently by hand). I haven’t found anything good that can help me yet. If I find it I’ll let you know 🙂
