INGREDIENTI:
- 1 foglio di pasta sfoglia rettangolare
- tre cucchiai di passata di pomodoro
- olio extravergine d’oliva
- origano
- formaggio piave DOP lattebusche
PREPARAZIONE:
Pizza puff: when I was little girl, and I was still at school I remember that there was a small bakery next Art Institute that I attended, that little bakery had within it a breadth of products that often do not find in department stores. It was like entering the magical tent Harry potter and outside is small and inside is immense. This small bakery had two particular products to which I was very fond of, the bread balls with milk and pizza puff pastry round inside with capers and anchovies, or mozzarella and ham. Were my favorite snacks and, to be honest, it disappeared some even before entering the school: D
I realized I have a different form and also inside I changed a little bit the filling.
INGREDIENTS:
1 puff pastry sheet rectangular
three tablespoons of tomato sauce
extra virgin olive oil
Origan
Piave cheese DOP Lattebusche
PREPARATION:
Divide the pastry in half without cutting it, let them just a righettina fine fine with a knife to remind you seasoning where and where not. Put a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil on the right half of the puff pastry sheet, add three tablespoons of tomato sauce, oregano and mix it all with a spoon, so distribute evenly, then take grater and cheese and make it rain on the seasoning generously, you will have to grate a lot because to be cheesy and grated melts sooner and better. Now close with the other half of the puff pastry, take a wheel for pizza and divide into four parts, with the fork tines (for instance the tips) dunks the parties on each side of the four parts. Bake for 10 minutes in pre-heated oven at 250 degrees.
