INGREDIENTI:
- 2 peperoni rossi biologici Paniere Bio
- 50 gr di porro biologico Bioexpress
- 30 ml di passata di pomodoro
- olio extravergine d’oliva
- 2 fogli di pane Carasau
- sale qb
- 1 bicchiere d’acqua
PREPARAZIONE:
- Lavate e pulite il porro e i peperoni , eliminando i semi.
- Tagliate i peperoni a listarelle e il porro a rondelle.
- In una padella antiaderente aggiungete un filo d’olio extravergine d’oliva e le verdure, fatele rosolare per alcuni minuti.
- Salate a piacimento e aggiungete i 30 ml di passata di pomodoro e il bicchiere d’acqua.
- Abbassate la fiamma e coprite con un coperchio trasparente e lasciate cuocere per 20/25 minuti.
- Nel frattempo prendete i fogli di pane Carasau e scottateli nel forno con un filo d’olio extravergine d’oliva e un pizzico di sale per 5 minuti e poi spegnete lasciando chiuso il forno in modo da mantenerli in caldo.
- Una volta che il liquido è evaporato lasciando un sughetto di colore rosso arancio e i peperoni sono morbidi adagiateli sopra i due fogli di pane Carasau.

PREPARATION:
