INGREDIENTI:
- 1 rotolo di pasta sfoglia rotondo
- 8 cucchiaini di confettura cioccolato e pere Happymama
- zucchero a velo

PREPARAZIONE:
- Iniziamo espandendo un pochino il foglio di pasta sfoglia con il mattarello.
- Prendiamo un coltello e tagliamo in 8 spicchi il tondo di sfoglia.
- Verso la parte più esterna di ogni spicchio mettete una cucchiaiata di confettura cioccolato e pere Happymama
- Arrotolate (come vi mostro nel video) dall’esterno verso l’interno, aggiustate un pò le punte del croissant e infornate in forno pre-riscaldato a 180 gradi per 10/15 minuti.
- Spolverate di zucchero a velo e gustatevi una golosissima colazione 🙂
ENGLISH RECIPE:
My croissant puff pastry with chocolate filling and pears are easy and fast to implement, are all around 20 minutes. The ingredients are only two, so perfect breakfast for those in a hurry but still want the most important meal of the day. This recipe is in collaboration with Happymama, Italian company that produces jams, compotes, sauces and preserves with quality ingredients, very original and really tasty. Happymama Each creation is unique, original and very aesthetically pleasing.
INGREDIENTS:
1 round of puff pastry roll
8 teaspoons of jam and chocolate pears Happymama
icing sugar
PREPARATION:
We begin expanding a little bit the sheet of puff pastry with a rolling pin.
Take a knife and cut into 8 wedges the puff round.
Towards the outer part of each clove put a spoonful of jam and chocolate pears Happymama
Roll (as I show in the video) from the outside inwards, adjusted a little the croissant tips and bake in an oven pre-heated to 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar and enjoy a luscious breakfast 🙂
