E’ estate, sono in ferie…evviva! Peccato che il tempo faccia schifo quindi anziché andare al mare oggi mi sono messa a sistemare il garage, tutta vita! Dopo una mattinata passata a pulire, sistemare, buttare, etc. mi meritavo qualcosa di buono ma visto che devo tornare giù e finire quello che ho iniziato doveva anche essere una cosa veloce. Per fortuna le verdure non mancano mai nel mio frigorifero quindi mi sono preparata una buonissima insalata di pasta.
It ‘s summer, I’m on vacation … hooray! Unfortunately the weather is gray and rainy so instead of going to the beach today I started to clean up the garage, how fun! After a morning spent cleaning up, fixing, throwing away, etc. I deserved something good but since I have to go down and finish what I’ve started it also had to be a quick thing. Luckily I always have vegetables in my fridge so I prepared a delicious pasta salad.
Ingredients (2 servings/porzioni)
- 160g wholemeal pasta/pasta integrale
- 80g fresh white cheese/formaggio primosale
- 100g yellow bell pepper/peperone giallo
- 2 zucchini/zucchine
- 2 carrots/carote
- 8 cherry tomatoes/pomodorini ciliegia
- 2 celery sticks/gambi di sedano
- 10g onion/cipolla
- 1 tsp poppy seeds/semi di papavero
- salt/sale
- olive oil/olio d’oliva
Mettete sul fornello una pentola piena d’acqua, portate a bollore, salate e mettete nell’acqua bollente la pasta. Tagliate a pezzi i pomodori, il peperone, il sedano, la cipolla e il formaggio. Grattugiate la zucchina e la carota. Mischiate tutto e condite con olio, sale e semi di papavero. Scolate la pasta e sciacquatela sotto acqua corrente fredda e mischiatela bene con il condimento.
Put on the stove a pot of water, bring to a boil, add salt and put the pasta into the boiling water. Chop the tomatoes, bell pepper, celery, onion and cheese. Grate the zucchini and carrot. Mix everything and season with olive oil, salt and poppy seeds. Drain the pasta and rinse under cold running water and mix it well with the veggies.
