Rice cake and chicken in guacamole sauce

Lovers of spicy?

This recipe is for you,
quick and easy to prepare, yummy,
I used brown rice red because I like very much,
but you can make this pie with rice you prefer.
The chicken should be cooked with all the herbs that you can,
guacamole with its spicy character, gives a sprint
more to the pot.

Recommended wine:
Cabernet Sauvignon 2010
wine tasting fresh and good body
goes well with the spiciness of the guacamole.

And now … LIGHT THE FIRES!

INGREDIENTS:

-400g Chicken breast, cut into cubes

-360g Of red rice

-2 Ripe avocados

-a handful of cherry tomatoes

-1 Clove of garlic

-half onion

-1 / 2 teaspoon of cumin

-lime qb

-salt to taste

- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

-Pepper qb

-A chili

-Erbette aromatic

WEAR THE APRON, WASH YOUR HANDS, BEGIN!

 Cook the rice,
if you choose the red one it will take at least 35 minutes.
In a pan with a little olive oil you put a clove of garlic,
soon as it is hot, remove it and pour the chicken breasts, cut into cubes
salt and add all the scents you prefer,
rosemary, parsley, basil, lemon thyme, pineapple sage, cook.
Now prepare the sauce guacamole:

Cut the avocado into small pieces and mash with a fork,
add the garlic, grated onion,
cumin, tomatoes without seeded and skin,
salt, pepper, chilli, lime juice, oil,
now past the sauce to the blender to make it more compact.
Mix the rice with the chicken and season it with three generous tablespoons of guacamole.
For portioned pie I helped with the pastry rings.
