INGREDIENTS:
-4 eggs
-3 Apples (I used fuji that I particularly like)
-1 Teaspoon of baking powder
- 15 nuts
-250g Flour
300g mascarpone
- Vanillin
-Salt A pinch
-150g Sugar
-Cannella qb
WEAR THE APRON, WASH YOUR HANDS, BEGIN!
Beat the eggs with the sugar and a pinch of salt
until you get a frothy,
in a separate bowl smooth the mascarpone
and gradually unite a few spoonfuls of the mixture of eggs and sugar.
Mix everything,
add the flour sifted with baking powder and vanilla,
add cinnamon, walnuts and
the diced apples.
Bake at 180 ° (static oven) for about 1 hour.
When the cake has cooled,
you can sprinkle it with powdered sugar mixed with cinnamon.
